I’d Go With God

S. O. A. P.

Here’s your 90 second AM devotional!

S-cripture:

Numbers 11:23

The Lord answered Moses, “Is the Lord’s arm too short? Now you will see whether or not what I say will come true for you.”

O-bservation:

The Israelites were in the wilderness complaining that there was no meat to eat. They wanted to go back to Egypt. God told Moses, tell the people to get ready to eat meat. They’re going to have so much meat for a whole month it will be coming out of their noses. Moses said, “C’mon!” God said, “Okay you don’t think I can do it? Watch this!”

A-pplication:

The next day, almost 4,000 pounds of quail was gathered into the camp of the Israelites! These people had seen so many miracles, and they still didn’t believe. The Bible says that while the meat was still between their teeth, God sent judgment upon them. Why? They trusted their feelings more than they trusted God. They trusted what the days were saying compared to what God had done for them. They trusted a bad report instead of believing for a good report. They trusted Egypt more than they trusted their freedom. Who do you trust? Who are your voting for? Whose side are you on? Which direction are you heading? If you’re asking me … “I’d Go With God!”

P-rayer:

I just can’t choose the other side. EVER! I’m not following a bunch of losers so I can lose. If You’re asking whose side am I on this AM, I’m going with You! Amen
