Here’s Your 90 second AM Devotional!
S-cripture:
Acts 19:2
And asked them, “Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?” They answered, “No, we have not even heard that there is a Holy Spirit.”
O-bservation:
When Paul the Apostle arrived in Ephesus, he immediately ran into some “Followers of Jesus.” He asked them if they had received the Holy Spirit when they first received Christ. They said they hadn’t even heard of the Holy Spirit.
A-pplication:
St. Paul is known as the great preacher of the “Gospel of Grace.” It’s evident here that he was also a huge promoter of the “Baptism in the Holy Spirit.” Obviously it is the “Grace of God” that saves us, but I believe it’s the “Baptism in the Holy Spirit” that transforms us. Everywhere I go, I have leaders tell me that they have huge crowds but long to see real spiritual transformation in their people. In other words, people have changed their labels but their lifestyles remain the same. I always ask, “Are you teaching on the ‘Baptism in the Holy Spirit?’ Do your people know about the ‘Gifts of the Holy Spirit?’” Usually the answer is NO! The “Grace of Jesus” will save you but … “Don’t Forget The Holy Spirit!” The Holy Spirit transforms us into “Life Giving” forces to everyone we meet. I’m glad that Jesus saved me, and YES I have heard of the Holy Spirit. He TRANSFORMED ME!
P-rayer:
Dear Jesus,
I’m so thankful this AM that You Saved me and that I’ve been Baptized in Your precious Holy Spirit. Thanks for Your TRANSFORMATIONAL power in my life! Amen

Always keep positive people around you, people who will build you up and not tear you down; but most of all remember that God is always with us and He will never leave us nor forsake us.
Thank you Jesus
