Here’s Your 90 second AM Devotional!

S-cripture:

Psalm 101:6

My eyes will be on the faithful in the land, that they may dwell with me; the one whose walk is blameless will minister to me.

O-bservation:

As the King of Israel, David had many people under his rule of order who didn’t keep the rules. He had people he had to be concerned about, but his focus was not on them. He made it very clear that his attention was on people who were faithful. People he could really count on dominated his attention. Not only that, he said, “The ones who live faultless and blameless lives before the Lord, those will be my pastors. Those are the only ones I will allow to minister to me.”

A-pplication:

As the years pass, I’m more aware than ever before that it’s important who we let into our personal territory. There are plenty of folks out there who would like access to you, but for the wrong reasons. The question is: “Who Ministers To You?” Whoever spends the most quality and quantity of time with you will have influence with you. In addition, you will find yourself becoming like the one you let minister to you. None of us have an excess of turns Around The Sun. “Who Ministers To You?” The answer is: those You let in! CHOOSE WISELY.

P-rayer:

Dear Jesus,

Let me choose wisely the ones I allow into my private world to minister to me. I want to stay on the path that You, Lord, have chosen for me. I’ll need ministers to do that! Amen
