S. O. A. P.
Here’s your 90 second AM devotional!
S-cripture:
Job 36:7
He does not take his eyes off the righteous; he enthrones them with kings and exalts them forever.
O-bservation:
To have the continual attention of “The Almighty,” one must consistently live a righteous life before Him. Jesus can’t take His eyes off the righteous. This is not a legal kind of righteousness … NO! This righteousness is a way of living that desires to please “God Almighty” through the life we live.
A-pplication:
The man or woman whose ways are pure will dine with those of great influence. Mayors and Governors will entertain the one whose motives are to please the Lord. The righteous mysteriously becomes elevated above people who are naturally in demand. Why is that? Because God can’t take His eyes off the righteous. Our God knows the temptations faced by every human. He’s already experienced every kind of satanic challenge known to humankind! And that individual, through prayer and devotion, who sets his or her will to follow the most high God, mesmerizes the attention of God. Consequently, God says, “I will elevate that person. They will dine with Presidents.” And why not? We are the very apples of His eye (Zech. 2:8). So once again today … “Just Keep Living For Jesus.”
P-rayer:
Dear Jesus,
You are my God. I am impressed with No Other. I will, today … “Just Keep Living For Jesus.” Amen
