Here’s Your 90 second AM Devotional!

S-cripture:

Jonah 3:10

When God saw what they did and how they turned from their evil ways, he relented and did not bring on them the destruction he had threatened.

O-bservation:

This is the story of Nineveh turning to God in repentance after Jonah preached in the street and warned them that God was going to destroy them in just forty days.

A-pplication:

When the people of Nineveh heard Jonah’s message, they began to fast and pray. Even the King of Nineveh humbled himself and prayed. God turned from His promised destruction and forgave them. If God would totally forgive a rebellious city like Nineveh, surely if we will fast and pray and seek Him He in turn will forgive our cities as well. Please believe this AM, “Jesus Really Does Want To Forgive.”

P-rayer:

Dear Jesus,

This AM, I’m so thankful that You’re a loving Savior. Thank You that even at my worst You’re still willing to forgive me. Amen
