S-cripture:
Numbers 9:23
At the Lord’s command they encamped, and at the Lord’s command they set out. They obeyed the Lord’s order, in accordance with his command through Moses.
O-bservation:
In looking at this passage, we witness the obedience of the Israelites to the commands of the Lord. They encamped and set out as directed by the Lord through Moses. Their obedience demonstrates their trust in God’s guidance and their willingness to follow His lead.
A-pplication:
This verse underscores the importance of obedience in the life of a believer. Just as the Israelites obeyed the Lord’s commands, I am called to submit to God’s will and follow His guidance in my life. Through obedience, I demonstrate my trust in God’s wisdom and sovereignty.
P-rayer:
Dear Jesus,
I want to be obedient to Your commands and to follow Your guidance in my life. Give me the faith and humility to submit to Your will. Amen
