Here’s Your 90 second AM Devotional!

S-cripture:

Psalm 84:7

They go from strength to strength, till each appears before God in Zion.

O-bservation:

King David tells us that we can live from “Strength to Strength” here on this earth until we see Jesus in Heaven! This information comes to us by way of the earlier text in this same chapter. The Lord says people who are planted in the house the Lord will forever be “Praising Jesus.” Then He says those who find their own strength in the Lord are blessed because they’re moving in God’s Will continually when He speaks to them. Even at a moment’s notice! So for those who operate in this fashion, Jesus says, “They will move from ‘Strength to Strength.’”

A-pplication:

Perhaps you have wondered in the past … “What would it be like to move in my strength as opposed to my weakness?” Now please understand, the Apostle did tell us “in our weakness Jesus is made strong” (2 Cor. 12:9-11). However, I believe the issue here is the frustration that comes from seldom being able to operate in one’s natural “Giftings.” So today … “If YOU Need Strength” here’s the Bible plan. #1- Stay planted in your local church. There you will find your Giftings and experience them being engaged regularly. #2- Keep Praising Jesus! That is what destroys potential feelings of Bitterness. #3- Keep listening for the Lord’s voice and move with it when He says “Move.” Remember, you’re a PILGRIM here on earth. So … “If YOU Need Strength,” that’s the Bible Plan.

P-rayer:

Dear Jesus,

I want You to be made strong in my weakness. What I really want to happen this AM though is to insure that I move in the Strength and Giftings You have given me! Help me accomplish that … Please. Amen
