Numbers 23:19 (NIV)
“God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?”
O-bservation:
In this verse, Balaam affirms the unchanging nature of God’s character. He declares that God is not like humans who may lie or change their minds. Instead, God’s words are trustworthy, and His promises are sure to be fulfilled.
A-pplication:
This verse reminds us of the faithfulness and reliability of God. It challenges me to trust in His promises and to rely on His unfailing guidance in my life. In a world of uncertainty and change, I can find security in the unchanging nature of God and His word.

Dear Jesus,
