S. O. A. P.
Here’s Your 90 second AM Devotional!
S-cripture:
Psalm 92:5
How great are your works, Lord, how profound your thoughts!
O-bservation:
King David, who was probably the greatest architect of war in history, was overwhelmed at the WORKS of The Almighty. Knowing how great WORKS were accomplished, David then said Your THOUGHTS are profound.
A-pplication:
There is no way to accomplish anything great by the works of your hands unless you’re a “Great Thinker.” If you’re a builder, you have to visualize what you see finished and hire an architect to put it on paper so it passes code. If you’re an inventor, you have to see it first, imagine how it will benefit people in a new way, then work yourself through the patenting process. King David looked at the sky, the sun, the clouds, the lightning, and the rain by day. Then watched the moon and stars by night. He gazed towards the mountains surrounding him and the birds of the air and the wild beasts of the field, and he knew that his God was so big that He knew David’s thoughts already. You may be shaking your head back and forth over your present situation. But don’t fret! Jesus has already “Thought” through it and has a solution. Turn it over to His … “Works And Thoughts!”
P-rayer:
Dear Jesus,
Because Your thoughts are higher than mine, I know You already have a solution for my situation this AM. I’m turning it over to You. NOW! Amen
