O-bservation: This statement by the writer of the book of Romans tells us that God's mind is impossible to search out. He knows all things. Every detail, every category of learning, "He Knows It All!" He knows the questions, and He has all the answers for the questions. So who could possibly even be a counselor to God, who doesn't have a counselor, because He never asks for one, because He doesn't need one, because ... "He Knows...
