Here’s Your 90 second AM Devotional!
S-cripture:
Psalm 18:32
It is God who arms me with strength and keeps my way secure.
O-bservation:
The greatest King of all time was David of Israel. In this passage, he acknowledged why he was such a winner. He said, “It is God who arms me with strength.”
A-pplication:
Certainly the king was speaking in military terms in this text; however, we take it this AM to speak of our need for security. Strength is much more than just physical. It also includes emotions, character, and willpower. In all of these categories, God will enable those who call on His name. Most of all, the Path that He leads us on is a safe and secured direction. How many times have you spoken with a friend who has lost their way? In those times, because of the Lord’s grace in my life, I walk away praising Jesus and knowing “My Path Is Secure.”
P-rayer:
Dear Jesus,
Thank You that, because of You, I have strength today and “My Path Is Secure.” Amen
