S-cripture:

Proverbs 29:25

Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe.

O-bservation:

Here, the wise man encourages those who would have wisdom to “Love People And Trust Jesus.”

A-pplication:

Actually, that’s my interpretation of what is being said. In other words, when we FEAR people instead of LOVE them, in time it will trip us up. On the other hand, if our full Trust is in Jesus safety will always surround us. Have you ever had someone that you had complete trust in turn on you? If you’re like me, the longer I live the more I’m not sure who to trust. But this one thing I do know … I can Trust the Lord! It is useless to live on the lookout for folks out there who may be less than what they pretend to be! Instead just … “Love People And Trust Jesus.”

P-rayer:

Dear Jesus,

I’m on a mission this AM to “Love People And Trust You!” Help me keep my focus on You today so I can be a real help to folks in need. Amen
