I Will Always Have Hope!

S. O. A. P.

Here’s Your 90 second AM Devotional!

Psalm 71:14

As for me, I will always have hope; I will praise you more and more.

This Psalm of hope was written by a man, King David, who was a creative if ever there was one. No matter how broken down by challenges that seemed insurmountable, David always hoped in the Lord for victory. Here he says, “I Will Always Have Hope!”

I think it helps to have a few years behind your belt to say something like this. The reason I say that is because David had so many personal stories of God’s deliverance that he finally said, “I Will Always Have Hope.” That’s the way I feel today. I have years, to look back on and see that every time I thought this could be it—BOOM—the Lord made a way for me when I wasn’t sure if there was a way to be had. Before you lose it this AM with all of the personal “STUFF” that’s going on, step back and look back to what He’s brought you through, then repeat after me and say, “I Will Always Have Hope!”

Dear Jesus,

Because of You this AM, “I Will Always Have Hope!” Amen
