S-cripture:

Romans 4:21

Being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised.

O-bservation:

St. Paul had been talking to the church in Rome about faith. In fact, the faith of Abraham. He said the miracle of Abraham conceiving a child at the age of about a hundred, with his wife Sarah who was 90, was not accomplished because of the Law but because Abraham was “Fully Persuaded” that God could make an old man and woman come alive again.

A-pplication:

Seriously my friend, if a hundred-year-old man and a ninety-year-old woman could conceive a child, what is it that you are calling impossible? I know there are mountains that seem as though there’s just No Way; however, if you are “Fully Persuaded” that God has the power to move them, they will! I have a son named Graham who died for ten minutes in an emergency room almost three decades ago. We will celebrate his birthday AGAIN on the 29th of next month!! My wife and I, through tears and prayers and anguish, were “Fully Persuaded” that he would come out of that coma at 6 months of age and live! AND he DID! The same God that Abraham was “Fully Persuaded” in is the same God you and I are believing in today! It’s gonna happen!!

Dear Jesus,

I have a lot to say this AM, but nothing more important than this, I’m “Fully Persuaded” in You. Amen
