Here’s Your 90 second AM Devotional!

S-cripture:

Exodus 11:3

The Lord made the Egyptians favorably disposed toward the people, and Moses himself was highly regarded in Egypt by Pharaoh’s officials and by the people.

O-bservation:

As the last of God’s plagues was about to be dispensed upon the Egyptians from the hand of the Lord, this passage tells us that God caused the Egyptians to show the Israelites FAVOR.

A-pplication:

This is another of the impossibilities of God’s people becoming possible through the miracle working power of the Lord. The Israelites were slaves, but their masters had seen the hand of their God work terror in their land. The Egyptian masters in the end showed FAVOR to the people of God by emptying their bank accounts into the hands of their Israeli slaves. It is estimated that on the night of the Exodus, the people of Israel left Egypt with over $50 billion worth of Gold and Silver! That’s God’s FAVOR! What do you really need today? More stuff, more money, more friends, or do you really need more FAVOR from God? As for me and my house, we’ll go with FAVOR!

Dear Jesus,

You know what I sometimes think I need. What I’m asking for this AM is Your FAVOR. Amen
