Here’s Your 90 second AM Devotional!

S-cripture:

Isaiah 41:13

For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.

O-bservation:

This is THE promise of our great God for all people who follow Him wholeheartedly!

A-pplication:

Whatever you may feel challenged by this AM, Jesus says DON’T BE AFRAID! The Lord has given His people a promise for all time—that He will personally take us by the hand and lead us to safety. There have been so many occasions in my life where I have felt alone or betrayed in some manner. In those times, I have remembered this passage where Jesus says, “I Will Help You,” and immediately there’s this feeling of “I’m gonna make it” that comes over me. If you think about it, the same Jesus who spoke the worlds into existence is making this promise. How many people named “WHATEVER” have ever told you “I will help you” and nothing happened? Exactly! But now, this AM, it’s Jesus the “King of Kings” (A HUGE DIFFERENCE MAKER) who is making the promise … “I Will Help You!” I’ll go with Jesus. Why not come along?

P-rayer:

Dear Jesus,

Your promise to “Go With Me” gets me out of bed in the AM, helps me work through stuff all day long, and puts me to sleep at night.  What else can I say? I’m staying with You! Amen
